# What should I do if I am being pressured to accept a settlement for my personal injury case?

As a lawyer, my advice to someone who is being pressured to accept a settlement for their personal injury case is to carefully consider their options and seek legal advice from a licensed attorney before making any decisions.

First and foremost, it is important to understand that the decision to accept or reject a settlement offer is ultimately up to the plaintiff.
