# What is the visa application process for bringing in highly skilled workers from other countries?

It is important to note that there are limitations and exceptions to these visa categories, and it is critical to seek the advice of a licensed attorney to determine the best course of action for your specific circumstances. Additionally, employers must comply with all relevant laws and regulations to ensure the visa application process is successful.
