# What are the requirements for obtaining an H1B visa?

As a lawyer, I can provide legal advice on the requirements for obtaining an H1B visa. The H1B visa is a temporary work visa for non-immigrant workers in the United States. To obtain an H1B visa, several requirements must be met.
