# What are the requirements for obtaining a liquor license in Georgia for my restaurant or bar?

To obtain a liquor license in Georgia for a restaurant or bar, the following requirements must be met:

1. Age Requirements: All owners who are applying for a liquor license must be at least 21 years of age.
2. Business Requirements: The business must be registered with the Georgia Secretary of State and must have a designated registered agent.
