  5. Employment and Labor Laws: Comply with federal and state employment and labor laws. These include the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Family, and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Ohio Minimum Wage Law.
  6. Business Contracts: Prepare and execute legally binding contracts that include employee contracts, lease agreements, partnership agreements, service agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
