# What are the legal requirements for obtaining a real estate license in my state?

# Legal Requirements for Obtaining a Real Estate License in Your State

To obtain a real estate license in your state, you must meet certain requirements as mandated by the state regulatory agency. Here are some of the general requirements that you need to fulfill:

1. ## Eligibility Requirements:
   
   You must be at least 18 years old, a legal resident of your state, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. ## Educational Requirements:
