Develop and Implement a COVID-19 Response Plan: Employers should create a comprehensive plan that outlines the actions they will take to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace. The plan should include measures such as social distancing, frequent cleaning and disinfecting, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). 2. Follow Applicable OSHA Standards and CDC Guidelines: Employers should follow the guidelines and recommendations issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding COVID-19 safety and health. 3. Train Employees and Supervisors: Employers should provide employees and supervisors with relevant training on how to prevent the spread of COVID-19, including information on PPE usage, hand hygiene, and social distancing. They should also provide training on the company's COVID-19 response plan. 4. Encourage Sick Employees to Stay Home: Employers should encourage employees who are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 to stay home and seek medical attention if necessary. Employers should also provide paid sick leave if possible. 5. Use Screening Measures: Employers should implement measures to screen employees for COVID-19 symptoms upon entry to the workplace, including taking temperatures and asking about symptoms such as fever or cough. 6.
