Evidence of extraordinary ability: The applicant must demonstrate that they have received national or international acclaim and recognition in their field. This can be evidenced by awards, publications, media coverage, or other forms of recognition that show the individual is among the top in their field. 2. Job offer or contract: The applicant must have a job offer or contract from a US employer who is sponsoring their visa application. The job must be in the same field as the individual's area of extraordinary ability. 3. Advisory Opinion: The applicant must obtain an advisory opinion from a recognized expert in their field, verifying their extraordinary ability and the importance of their work in the US. 4. Duration of Stay: The O-1 visa is granted for up to three years, with the possibility of extensions. Ability to Support themselves: The applicant must show that they have the financial resources to support themselves while in the US, either through their own means or through the support of their US employer. 6.
