# What are some common types of medical malpractice cases that you handle?

As a lawyer, I handle a wide range of medical malpractice cases. Some of the most common types of cases that I handle include:

1. Misdiagnosis or delayed diagnosis: When a healthcare provider fails to diagnose a medical condition or diagnoses it incorrectly, resulting in harm to the patient.
2. Surgical errors: This includes mistakes made during surgery, such as operating on the wrong body part, leaving surgical instruments inside the patient, or performing the wrong procedure altogether.
3. Birth injuries: When a healthcare provider's negligence during childbirth results in harm to the baby or mother, such as cerebral palsy or brachial plexus injuries.
4. Medication errors: This includes prescribing the wrong medication, administering the wrong dosage, or failing to recognize potential adverse reactions or interactions with other medications.
5. Anesthesia errors: When an anesthesiologist or other healthcare provider makes a mistake during anesthesia administration that harms the patient, such as administering too much or too little anesthesia.

It's important to note that each case is unique and there may be exceptions or limitations based on the specific circumstances involved.
