# What are some common types of malpractice cases that a malpractice lawyer would handle?

## Types of Malpractice Cases

1. ### Medical Malpractice
   
   This is when medical professionals, such as doctors, nurses, or hospitals, provide negligent care or treatment to their patients, causing harm or injury to the patient. Some examples of medical malpractice include misdiagnosis, surgical errors, or medication errors.
2. ### Legal Malpractice

3. ### Accounting Malpractice

4. ### Dental Malpractice
   
   This is similar to medical malpractice, but it involves dental professionals such as dentists, orthodontists, or oral surgeons. Dental malpractice may include misdiagnosis, surgical errors, or incorrect treatment.
5. ### Architectural Malpractice
   
   This occurs when an architect provides negligent or inadequate designs or plans that result in harm or injury to the client. This may include structural defects, improper building codes, or design flaws.
